This event is black tie formal, there might be some grassy areas so maybe rethink stilettos and please keep in mind that there will be major temperature variations as the night progresses so dress accordingly.

Meet at guest house for family photos at 2:00pm, car pick up times will depend on pick up location.

TRADITIONAL FAREWELL CEREMONY AND DINNER RECEPTION

6:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Dress code: Traditonal Dress / Garb or Ball Room Formal

Meet at guest house for brunch and family photos at 11:00am, head to brides parents home for farewell ceremony at 2:00pm , car pick up times will depend on pick up location. Please note: Many Ethiopians will be dressed in traditional attire for one or both of the events , These dresses and Garbs (Men) can be bought in many stores, ready made, for prices starting from 40$, close members of the family traditionally wear different styles of traditional dresses and Garb(Men) with one matching pattern/color to distinguish them, these are a bit more intricate and are made custom, and the prices are at about 100$, and vary depending on the style and type of material you decide to pick, Please know that this is completely optional, We would be honored if you would like to participate and wear a matching traditional garb for the wedding, if so please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to discuss it further and assist in any way we can!
