To RSVP for our ceremony and reception, simply open the online Save the Date invite link and click on "Visit wedding website" and find the "RSVP" section and click on it. Enter your full name to access your RSVP details. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group after entering your full name. You’ll then be able to indicate whether you’ll be attending the ceremony and the reception. You'll also be able to select "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend" for each individual of your party. After confirming your attendance, click "Submit" to finalize your response.
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive this invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 26th, 2025. After that, unfortunately, any answered invites will have to be marked as "not attending", as we need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, thank you for understanding!
Please arrive at The Holy Theotokos & Saint Athanasius Coptic Orthodox Church at least 15 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 5:30 p.m.
While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to make our ceremony and reception an adults-only event, unless your children are specifically listed on your invitation and when you RSVP. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night, and we truly appreciate you making prior arrangements!
While we would love to have everyone attend, due to venue capacity limitations, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation, which will also appear under your name when you RSVP on the website. We appreciate your understanding!
We would love for our guests to dress up with us! Formal attire is requested. Formal attire for gentleman may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For ladies, floor-length or midi dresses would be absolutely wonderful.
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent during the ceremony. We have a very great photographer and videographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you! After the ceremony, we’ll take some time to greet everyone and capture photos together all night.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at both the ceremony and reception. At the ceremony, parking lots are located on both the left and right sides of the church (circle). At the reception, there are four parking lots: one directly at the entrance, one a bit further down, and two more on the left side. The venue has confirmed that the businesses associated with those two left-side lots are closed on weekends, so they are available for parking.
Yes! Please drink responsibly and make any prior arrangements for a safe ride home. Let’s have fun and enjoy the celebration!
Yes, but please make sure to pick up your car from the reception venue by 9:30 a.m. the next morning.
