What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

There will be many traditional Filipino festive delights including lechon (whole roasted pig, thanks to the Parucha and Dupitas Families)! There will be homemade desserts like cookies thanks to the Nuñez and Cresci Families and their friends! We're also planning for a buffet style dinner that will be serving both meat and vegetarian options. These will be mixes of ethnic and our comfort favorites. What is the theme? What colors should I wear?

Answer

If you know Michael, you know he has a green thumb. Succulents are the theme, so pretty much any greens, golds, purples, reds, and peaches will tie in well. Asos, we do not have any superstitions about colors, so wear whatever you like best. Weather.com says it should be highs in the low-70s with the evening getting to the low- 50s. No signs of rain, but we'll have a back up plan just in case. Have layers on hand for the evening if you want to hang out outdoors and take in the scenery!

Is proof of vaccination required?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are being held at a vineyard and we will be following their COVID rules and guidelines. Proof of vaccination will not be required nor will we request that guests wear masks. That said, we highly encourage our guests to wear masks based on their level of comfort. We have talked at great length about this keeping safety as our priority for all those who will gather to celebrate this union. However, we do understand that safety recommendations and our personal guidelines are constantly changing, so we're also making virtual options available. Information on how you can join us virtually will be sent by Friday April 22!
