William Paterson, senior year 2016, that is when I met the Love of My Life. I was commuting to school and working full-time at Amazon. While at work, there was a tech guy which every time I had an issue, he would come to my rescue. He was my personal tech guy and his name was Huntley. We would greet one another every now and then but there was not much interaction after that. Until one day, his normal "hi, what's going on" turned into "so what do you do after work or on your days off?" Brushing it off, I responded "I have class after work and on my days off, I chill if there's nothing else to do." He then proceeded to ask "can I chill with you some times?" I flat out told him "No, I have a boyfriend" even though I did not at the time. Nonetheless, he respected my response and we continued with our routine greetings afterwards. Fast forward a few months later, I do not recall the exact conversation but he proceeded to ask for my number and I finally gave it to him. From there, we messaged daily, checked up on each other after work, and even spent our lunch breaks together while getting more acquainted. On March 12th, 2016 we went on our first official date and I was extremely nervous. Huntley automatically noticed that and started making me laugh which helped the both of us be more comfortable. We talked about our lives, school, and family. We made jokes, laughed, and ever since that amazing first date, we have been inseparable. Friends, family, and loved ones, you are on this website today because on March 6, 2021, my Best Friend asked me to spend the rest of my life with him, and of course I said YES. This is our forever plan and we are beyond delighted to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
