We're Getting Married

We both met at Park Hill Baptist Church when Meridith and her family joined his church in 2015. Through various youth events led by Meridith's dad, we started to become close. This all led up to the summer youth trip in 2019 to Panama City Beach, FL. We then started to hang out a lot more during this trip. After the trip we decided we wanted to hang out with each other more than just at church. So, one month later Grant asked Josh (Meridith's dad) for permission to start dating Meridith (which he has still not received verbal permission for). The two then started dating anyway! We were inseparable for the next 5 years. Even through we have endured the hardship of being a long distance couple of 4 years we've had no breaks in sight This summer Grant decided to ask Josh for permission to marry Meridith, and he received permission! On June 7th, 2024, Grant asked Meridith to marry him in front of their families in the house that they will then start a new life together.
