We met in preschool at the age of 5. Then flash forward 12 years we are hired at the same job at the same time and go through orientation just the two of us. I resigned from this position and then came back in April of 2020. As the girl I am, I couldn't take my eyes off of him and in July we finally made it official. I can say neither of us have looked back since then and we feel like we have known each other our entire lives. We are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives with our favorite people next to us!
When a guy tells you to get all dressed up nice, you are expecting it! He wouldn't tell me the reason or where we were going, so I rode in the car until we ended up at Falls Park in Pendleton, IN. I saw the set up and finally knew "It was happening!" He walked me down, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said, "YES!"
Meri: I recently accepted a position at Methodist in Indianapolis on their Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit (CVCC) and I am so excited to learn SO much and work with the most critically ill patients. Jacob: After graduating in December 2022 with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science, I have accepted an IT Support Specialist position.
