Flight Information

Please book travel that is most convenient for your personal schedules. We ask that you bear in mind that this is a small airport and international arrivals through TSA can be slow. We will have a welcome drink party on Friday evening, and the wedding Saturday evening. We plan to arrive on the island on Wednesday or Thursday of that week. Typically, we have had great success flying Southwest in and out of Turks and Caicos from Texas. Especially for those who are traveling in on Friday, we recommend utilizing the FastPass for $150 a person which will expedite your experience through TSA.

Transportation From the Airport to the Hotel

Grace Bay Turks & Caicos does not have an official taxi service. At the airport, they will set you up with a group taxi. When you walk out of the airport, turn left and you’ll immediately be greeted with those who can help you with this. Tell them your resort name and they will take you there. Please be advised, they only take payment in cash.
