We are getting married!

In December of 2019, Turner and Meredith met on a dating app. T sent M his number in a message, but unfortunately M had deleted the app before she saw it. Fast forward six weeks and T was hosting an event for his cancer foundation at Trio. M was out with her bestie Tricia and Tricia’s (now) husband Stuart, having a blast on the dance floor. M asked the group if the guy in the black shirt from one of the tables was staring and them, and they all agreed he indeed was. A kind bystander informed them “that guy” was hosting the night’s event. M decided that black tee looked oddly familiar and boldly decided to go ask him why he was staring. T laughed and said that he was “trying to place her.” T invited M’s group up to hang and introduced them to his friends because in the clurb, we all fam. M & T instantly bonded over their love for music, and this would be the first of many nights enjoying it together. M & T casually hung out over the next few days, grabbing brunch at Shelter and Coronas on Shem. T took M to her first Sunday Funday on Uptown’s Rooftop, and as it turned out they had a lot of mutual friends. After M met a few of T’s friends (v importantly Julia!), she agreed to go on an official first date with him at Melfi’s. On February 18, they were the last couple in the restaurant, watching the waitress mop around their table. There was just so much to talk about! Little did they know that a few years later they would live together in a brick house just a few blocks away. …and the rest is history! :)
