Can I bring a plus one?

Unless it is noted when you RSVP, unfortunately we cannot accommodate plus one's!

Is Flying W Ranch accessible to those who may have mobility issues?

Answer

There will be a golf cart available to transport guests from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, and to the reception!

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Flying W Ranch is just that, a Ranch! You will be walking on gravel and dirt paths so we encourage you to wear cowboy boots or anything else you feel comfortable walking in! We would highly suggest you not wear heels!

What is the weather like in September in Colorado Springs?

Answer

This time of year in Colorado Springs is beautiful! The afternoon will most likely be very warm but it does cool down in the evening! We would suggest you bring a jacket if you get cold, as the reception will be outside. If it rains we will be in a large tent!
