What is included with my all-inclusive room?

Answer

Your all-inclusive reservation includes your room, breakfast, lunch and dinner in specialty bars or a la carte in the centers of consumption and at regular operating hours of the hotel. Plus national and imported drinks and beverages inside the bars and restaurants during regular operating hours of the hotel. Your in-room mini-bar is also included and will be stocked daily with soft drinks, beer and bottles of water.

What does "All-Fun Inclusive" mean?

Answer

You may see "ALL-FUN INCLUSIVE" on the Xcaret website or around the hotel. This means that guests of the hotel have unlimited access to all of the XCARET properties, parks and tours. Food and drinks are included according to the allowances in each park. Shuttle transportation to the other XCARET properties is complimentary, but must be booked 30 days in advance. All parks and tours must be reserved at least 30 days in advance.

What is the closest airport to Xcaret?

We recommend you fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Most major airlines fly to Cancun, including American Airlines, Southwest, Delta, United and Sun Country.

How do I get to Xcaret from the airport?

There is a complimentary hotel shuttle that operates from the Cancun Airport. Shuttle reservations must be booked at least 30 days in advance.

What's the weather like at Xcaret in November?

Well, honestly, who knows?! It's Mexico in November! On average, the temperatures range from 75-85 degrees and this area is always humid. It's generally sunny, but you can never rule out a rain shower in Mexico!

What should I wear?

Answer

Leave your suits and formal dresses behind. It's a beach wedding, after all! The welcome party and brunch will be upscale beach casual. Think fun linen pants and tops or sun dresses for the ladies; linen pants or nice shorts with collared shirts for the guys. The wedding will be a little more dressy...let's call it "cocktail beach attire." Outside of the wedding events when you're casually enjoying the Xcaret property, traditional beach attire is appropriate. Swimsuits, swim coverups, shorts and t-shirts, flip flops, etc. Dress for comfort and coolness!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome! There are plenty of activities for the whole family and there are kid centers at the hotel if you want to drop your children off for a few hours of adult time! For room rates: Children 0-5 years old are free. Children 6-17 pay the third person discounted rate per room.
