Matron of Honor
Meredith's sister and go-to person for recipe questions, marriage advice, and basically all major life dilemmas! Although they did not get along when they were growing up, they now are best friends and wish they lived down the hall from each other again. Morgan works hard to homeschool her kids while also working on her garden/homestead.
Best Woman
Noah's sister and go-to person for wise advice, a laugh, or a deep conversation about the wildest topics. Danielle and Noah did not get along growing up. Their were daily fights over the TV remote in the morning as Noah wanted to watch cartoons and Danielle wanted to watch the news. It was only after Danielle moved for college that the two realized how much the other meant. Danielle works as a Creative Director for a marketing company in Denver.
Bridesmaid
Alecia has been Meredith's worship team leader, friend, mentor, and even her landlord at one point in their relationship. Alecia is wise, kind, and full of Jesus. It's easy to grow in your walk with the Lord when you have someone like Alecia walking alongside you. Alecia is currently the Director of Worship at the House of Missions and Equipping in Sioux Center, IA.
Groomsman
Klayton and Noah have been life long friends. Growing up a few doors apart, the boys would run around the neighborhood from sun up to sun down. Klayton has been a constant companion and the two now live and work together at Hiemstra Lawn Care and Snow Removal.
Bridesmaid
Madi and Meredith met playing soccer at Northwestern and became close friends through their deep conversations, funny hijinks, and weekly dinner dates with the girls at Los Tulipanes after soccer practice. Madi is genuine and truly cares about people from all walks of life. This is evident in her current job as a social studies teacher. Madi and her husband Miguel welcome their first baby in July.
Groomswoman
Jaycee and Noah went to high school and college together. At Northwestern College, Jaycee and Noah became great friends. There were countless nights of fun and laughter that continue to this day. Jaycee works as a sheriff in Plymouth County in Iowa.
Bridesmaid
Sarah is quoted saying that she was intimidated when the new juco transfer, Meredith, came for a visit; but anyone who has seen Meredith play soccer can rightly assume that Sarah got over it as soon as preseason came around and she saw Meredith actually play 😂 . The two quickly bonded over Clad and Cloth, plants, Taylor Swift, and going to Dutch Mart for Razzles. Sarah and her husband Eric welcome their first baby in May. Sarah is also doing the flowers for the wedding!
Groomsman
Matt and Noah became a dynamic duo at Northwestern College. Living next to each other in the dorms, they made great memories. Junior year of college, Matt and Noah studied abroad in Romania together. Traveling to Italy, Greece, and Hungary, they got to experience many different cultures together. Matt will start his first year of teaching this year at Adair-Casey Elementary School in Adair, Iowa this Fall.
Bridesmaid
To say that Meredith was intimidated by Casey would be an understatement. But after bonding over some frosted animal crackers while studying for Bib Lit their freshman year at Hesston College, the two became inseparable. So inseparable that Meredith followed Casey to Northwestern College when they graduated from Hesston. Casey is a loyal friend who is always there to cheer on her friends. She currently lives with her husband, Bryce, in Monmouth, Oregon, where she works as a coach at the local gym.
Groomsman
Justin and Noah grew up together, going to the same school from kindergarten to senior year. They played soccer together in high school and Noah has found Justin to be a reliable friend. Though they did not go to college together, they now make it a point to see each other often and spend time playing games and reliving the glory days. Justin is currently a social studies teacher in Sheldon but will start at MOC in Orange City in the fall.
Bridesmaid
Kiara and Meredith met their freshman year at Hesston College. The two hit it off instantly and bonded over their mutual love for trying new things and getting out of their comfort zones. When the time came, they transferred together (with Casey and Bryce) to Northwestern College. Now that Meredith and Kiara live in different time zones, they truly cherish those four years spent together and reminisce on the days when they lived just down the hall from each other. Kiara currently works at Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, helping to build their website and manage content.
Groomsman
Jake and Noah grew up together attending school events of their older siblings. Since then, they have become great friends. Jake and Noah quickly bonded through youth group, skiing, skateboarding, and playing video games. Jake is the life of the party wherever he goes. Jake currently lives in Fraser, Colorado and works in ministry and at a ski resort.
Bridesmaid
Tori and Meredith have known each other since kindergarten. They did NOT getting along during their elementary school years (thanks to Meredith kicking Tori in the face in first grade); but during middle school and high school they spent much time together listening to new music, watching Indie movies, bonding over how boring it was to watch the guys in their friend group play Call of Duty, and the two even had a few dog sitting gigs together. Their friendship has blossomed over the years and Meredith even officiated Tori and her husband's wedding in October of 2021. They may not live close to each other, but their friendship has stood the test of time and they always make quality time with each other a priority when the opportunity arises.
Personal Attendant
Shay actually knew Meredith and Noah separately before they started dating! Shay grew up with Noah in Orange City, but met Meredith when they were on the same soccer team at Northwestern. When Meredith and Noah started dating, Shay said it was like her two worlds were colliding. She has been a constant companion for both Meredith and Noah and they are so thankful for her handwritten letters of encouragement, fun nights at the Lodge (RIP), and willingness to have deep conversations. Shay currently works as the Watershed Project Coordinator for Plymouth County as part of the Natural Resource Conservation Service.
