Our wedding is formal attire. For the ladies this can be knee to floor length dresses and for gentlemen suits would be appropriate. Our ceremony will take place outdoors as will our cocktail hour and dinner. We recommend a light jacket during dinner as it will be outside.
Plus ones are welcomed if specifically listed on your invitation. Please refer to your RSVP to confirm if you've been allotted a plus-one as we're at full capacity at our venue.
Montalvo Arts Center does offer parking on site in Parking Lots 2, 3 and 4. Upon arrival, they will have staff to direct any guests wanting to self-park to the above areas.
We will be booking a few shuttles for guests wanting to indulge and dance the night away at our wedding! Please check back for a full shuttle schedule as we get closer to the wedding. Currently, we're planning for: 2:45pm-3:00pm: Shuttles will standby at Toll House Hotel for guests 3:00pm-3:15pm: Shuttles will travel from Toll House Hotel to Montalvo Arts Center 10:30pm-10:45pm: Shuttles will standby at Montalvo Arts Center for guests that would like a ride back to the Toll House Hotel 10:45pm-11:00pm: Shuttles will travel from Montalvo Arts Center to Toll House Hotel
Guests should plan to RSVP no later than September 16th, 2024 in order to reserve their meal selections and a seat at our wedding! We look forward to seeing everyone there.
We are registered at Crate and Barrel and Williams Sonoma, as well as we have a honeymoon fund setup on our Registry tab.
Please confirm your food allergy in your RSVP questionnaire. We will collect all allergies and restrictions on that form and communicate them to our caterer.
