Join us for a casual welcome happy hour to kick off the wedding weekend! We’ll be gathering for light bites, drinks, and good company before the big day. Come relaxed and ready to mingle — sundresses, button-downs, and other casual attire are perfect. We can’t wait to spend time with everyone and start the celebration together!
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
If you’re staying in Fernandina and plan to take the provided trolley, please be in the hotel lobby by 3:00 PM. The shuttle will depart for the venue at 3:15 PM and will return to the hotel at the end of the wedding. Trolley will be picking up from Hampton Inn & Suites Amelia and Spring Hill Suites (See travel tab for additional details). If you’re local to the area and plan to drive, please carpool if possible, as parking at the venue is limited. Uber and Lyft are also available.
4:00 pm - 9:30 pm
The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.
Ceremony starts at 4, please make sure you arrive at 3:45 giving time to get your seat and get comfortable!
10:00 pm
If you would like to join in after wedding festivities the trolley will drop off guests at the green turtle. If you are ready to call it a night after the wedding the trolley will be making stops at the Hampton Inn and Springhill Suites as well.
