Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to invite children except for those included in the ceremony. Please do not bring anyone not specified in your invitation!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30PM, please arrive with enough time to park your car and find a seat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking on-site at The Oceanview of Nahant. The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party will be held at the same location, which is a short walk from the parking lot.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the capacity restrictions of our venue, we are unable to invite plus-ones. Please do not bring guests not specified on your invitation. We will cry.

Is the wedding venue accessible for those with mobility issues?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and there are stairs into the ceremony space, but a ramp can be used for those who require it. The reception space is indoors on the second floor, but there is a lift for guests who are unable to use the stairs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please adhere to the semi-formal dress code and wear clothes that make you feel FABULOUS! Please let us know if you have any questions in advance by emailing merandkatie17@gmail.com.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please take a look at our Travel page for our nearby hotel recommendations.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Please take a look at our Registry page to see the gifts we are registered for. We are also registered at Target if you prefer to shop in-person!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please indicate any food allergies or sensitivities so we can best accommodate you.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are unable to offer transportation from the hotels to the venue. Please plan your transportation ahead of time, there are many options in the area including Uber/Lyft!
