Silver Fox Katherine was perusing Facebook Dating and came across a profile picture of a smiling woman cuddled on a couch with 3 dogs and hit ‘like’…or did she? Meredith received a ‘spark’ from Katherine and was instantly flattered and intrigued. Like or Spark? Some say it matters, and some don’t, but the result would be the same. 💙

Finally, after weeks of messaging and phone calls we’re going to meet in person at Brick & Fire Pizza for dinner! We split a house specialty Hawaiian pizza because we both love pineapple on pizza! So perfect 💙 We will later find out that Katherine is allergic to pineapple and that she always thought it was just ‘spicy’! The food was delicious but the company was the showstopper that night 💙

On a sleepy Saturday in April, Katherine and I were enjoying each other’s company and watching one of our favorite movies, My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 on her couch. Our song as a couple is ‘Even More Mine’ sung by actress Rita Wilson during the credits. The streaming service minimized the credits to make the next suggestion so I went to get my phone to play the song. When it started playing I turned around to find Katherine on one knee! I said yes and here we are ready to celebrate with friends and family! 💙
