The ceremony and reception will all be at the same location. When you arrive you will be at one location for the evening. We will have shuttles that will pick up from two locations.
5:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Formal, black tie optional. Ceremony will not be covered. Weather can be hit or miss, check closer to the date as it could be warm during the day but will cool off at night. Be mindful of shoes as it is outdoor with many uneven surfaces. *See gallery page for more attire
5:45 pm - 7:00 pm

We will have a short cocktail hour. There will be light bites and drinks and good company!
7:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Formal, black tie optional. When the sun goes down it can be chilly. We will have a fire, heaters and throw blankets but please bring a sweater or jacket. *See gallery page for more attire inspo
1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Casual. Uneven outdoor ground so keep in mind for shoes.
We wanted to extend our time with celebrating with our favorite people so instead of a big rehearsal dinner we are doing a post wedding BBQ. We will have games, drinks and food. We encourage you to spend time in Downtown Bend (a very special place to us) exploring shops and breweries and then there will be shuttles to the BBQ.
