Black Tie Optional We’re so excited to celebrate this special day with you! The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional, which offers a formal yet flexible style. For gentlemen, a tuxedo is welcome but not required. A dark suit with a tie or bowtie is perfectly appropriate. For ladies, we recommend long evening gowns or sophisticated formal attire. Elegant cocktail dresses are acceptable, but we encourage full-length gowns to complement the formal aesthetic of our celebration. Avoid wearing white & the bridesmaids will be in yellow dresses (no need to completely avoid yellow - just wanted to give a heads up!) If you have any questions about what to wear, don’t hesitate to ask us—we can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

As this is an intimate gathering, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation join us for the celebration. This means we are unable to accommodate additional guests, including children or plus ones not listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep this day as meaningful and personal as possible. We can’t wait to celebrate with each of you who are so dear to our hearts!
For guests planning to drive or rent a car for the wedding weekend, please note the following details: Drop-Off for External Services: If you arrive via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, you will be dropped off at the Rampe Douce, located across from Biltmore House. This location is for drop-off service only and does not provide transportation between estate locations. Shuttle Services: Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation. The estate’s roads do not have sidewalks, so walking between different areas is not recommended due to the considerable travel distances. Optional Shuttle Options: Biltmore offers an Express* shuttle service for $15 per person per day (children 9 and younger ride free). Limited complimentary shuttle services are also available.
