What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding and reception is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The wedding has a fall theme with colors of sapphire blue and gold accents, with decorations of orange and dark green. The dress code for the Ice Breaker Party is casual attire.

Will there be meal options at the Ice Breaker Party & Reception?

Yes, meal choices will be buffet style with options that include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have restrictions beyond the above, please indicate them when you RSVP.

Is there transportation between Zanesville and Malta for the Ice Breaker Party?

Answer

Guests will need to arrange their own transportation between Zanesville and Malta. Locations are approximately 45 minutes apart. We encourage out of town guests to carpool.

Is there transportation between the ceremony and reception venues in Zanesville?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are within walking distance of each other. However, if you'd prefer not to walk, guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation.

Who will be officiating the ceremony?

Answer

Reverend Karen Montgomery will be officiating the ceremony. Music will be provided by Pianist Diane Horn (Family friend and former piano teacher of Meredith).

In what language will the ceremony be conducted?

Answer

Our ceremony will feature a blend of English and Spanish to honor both cultures. Written translations will be provided for any parts conducted in only one language.

Is the wedding venue accessible for guests with mobility issues?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception venues are accessible. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility concerns. The ceremony venue does have stairs, but an elevator is available, just let us know in advance if you'll need to use it, so we can ensure it's ready for you.

Answer

The closest major airport is John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), approximately 60 miles from Zanesville.

Answer
