The Norfolk Airport and Richmond Airport are both great options and about equidistant from William & Mary. Williamsburg also has an Amtrak train station.

We've secured 25 double queen rooms at the Westgate at a discounted rate ($116/night). If you know someone else coming, you could split the room and save money. Check-in is officially at 4 PM, but if you plan to get there before then, they may let guests check in after 1 PM if given notice ahead of time.

Shuttle

Shuttle from RVA to Westgate Hotel

If you'd prefer not to rent a car, we're going to book a shuttle from the Richmond Airport to the hotel on Friday with a shuttle returning to the airport on Sunday. More details will be provided once we get a clearer head count.
