Hotel: Hyatt Place Madison/Verona (if you are looking to book in our room block for a discounted price, please call the hotel and mention the Fitzsimmons/Szymczak wedding) Check in for the hotel will begin at 3 PM.
Shuttle: The first shuttle transporting guests from the Hyatt hotel to The Eloise will be at 3 PM arriving at the Eloise at 3:20 PM. The second shuttle will be at The Hyatt at 3:40 to pick up guests and leave no later than 4 PM to get to the Eloise before the ceremony. If you miss either shuttle, you will need to drive yourself to the venue to make it to the ceremony. After that, the shuttle will stay outside the Eloise for any trips back to the hotel throughout the night. The last shuttle will be going to the bars if anyone wants to join!
Parking: There is parking onsite at The Eloise should you want to drive. You are welcome to leave your car there but all cars need to be removed off the property by Saturday at 9 AM.
