When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 25th. We look forward to having you join us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire for the ceremony and reception. For ladies, this includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits or pantsuits etc. For gentlemen, this includes suits or jackets and slacks. Please do not wear blue jeans as they are not permitted by our venue.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your children, the wedding festivities will be adults only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP, please include any dietary allergies and our caterer will gladly make modifications for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, if you choose to bring your own transportation outside of the shuttles, there is a complimentary valet service provided by the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided between the Kimpton Claret hotel and the venue. Shuttles will leave the Kimpton Claret at 3:30pm for the ceremony. There will be multiple return shuttles available throughout the reception, with the last shuttle leaving the venue at 11:15PM.
