Yes, the ceremony will be indoors at the First Presbyterian Church & the cocktail hour/ reception will be indoors at La Vetta.
All of the hotels noted in the travel section are within ~5-10 minutes walking distance from the ceremony at First Presbyterian Church and the reception at La Vetta. Transportation will not be provided. Uber & Lyft are available in Fort Wayne, but not to a great extent. Make sure to factor in extra time for calling a rideshare service or schedule ahead.
We kindly ask that you dress in formal attire. For women, think midi/ long dresses. For men, think suit and tie or tux.
Please arrive at First Presbyterian Church between 4 pm- 4:15 pm. The ceremony will promptly start at 4:30 pm, and we will not allow guests in the ceremony space after the ceremony has begun.
There is a shuttle service available: https://www.hoosiershuttle.com/. This is a relatively easy & affordable way to get from Indy to Fort Wayne. You can also rent a car & drive.
Church parking is free. You can leave your car in the lot until Sunday morning at 9 am. There are spaces in the church parking lot off of Wayne Street. Additionally parking is also available behind the church off Berry Street. Please do not park in any of the permit only spots or law office spots. Over flow parking at the Skyline Parking garage , 200 West Berry Street. For the reception at La Vetta, paid parking is available in the PNC Bank Building parking garage. This is a covered multilevel parking garage. Take the elevator to the 25th floor for cocktail hour! For the Bradley Hotel, self parking is available at the Skyline Garage -2nd floor at 200 West Berry Street. The rate is $19 a day with in and out privileges included. Bring your parking ticket to the front desk to have the charge added to your reservation. Valet parking is $30 a day, available 24/7 at the hotel entrance. Self parking on the street is free on weekends at the metered spots.
