When should I fly in for the wedding shenanigan's?!

Answer

If you live in the local area, feel free to arrive and leave whenever is best for you guys! (The below recommendations are purely intended to help people coming from out of town, but remember it is all optional) If you would like to participate in all the wedding adventures, and scheduled events we recommend flying into Boise, ID by early Wednesday(5/18/22), drive up and check-in to Hailey, ID by that evening. OR, fly into Hailey, ID by that evening. If you would only like to attend the day of the wedding, we highly recommend flying into Boise, ID by early Friday(5/20/22), drive up and check-in to Hailey, ID by that evening. OR, fly directly into Hailey, ID by that evening. You are also of course, more than welcome to arriving earlier than those recommended dates and times above, if you so wish! The entire week is going to be nothing but fun IdaHOME activities! :) Everything is completely optional and understandable if you cannot attend! All we ask is that you complete the RSVP.

Of course! If anybody is down to have a good time and is of age to drink, then please join! I am not intending this get together to be your "run-of-the-mill" bachelor party. Since the majority of my family and friends are from all over the globe I feel like this would be a fun alternative. Plus, this will give us all even more opportunities for quality moments to spend together :) *NOTE* Details for this event still have to be hashed out. So make sure to keep checking the website! Also, If you are not much of a drinker, that is okay! No hard feelings if you decide to decline. Promise :)

There is a shuttle to Hailey, ID! Checkout https://www.ctcbus.com/ for details. The amount of departure times are limited though, so make sure to plan accordingly. Using a rental car from the Boise Airport to Hailey, ID is by far the best option in our opinions but if you are unable to rent or grab the shuttle, please reach out to us personally and we can try to help accommodate something for you!

When should I book my lodging? Where/how should I find lodging?

We encourage you to book your lodging ASAP! The entire Woodriver Valley is a very popular travel destination, which can create unavailability and/or inflated prices when booking closer to your arrival date. Checkout the "Places To Stay" page on this website for a detailed list of recommended lodging options.

Are there any campgrounds or RV parks near by with hookups?

YES! Checkout https://www.meadowsrvpark.com/ for more details. They have full RV hookups, fair prices, and conveniently located between the Deer Creek Farm and downtown Ketchum, ID. If you plan on staying/traveling to the wedding in an RV, make sure to reserve your spot(s) ASAP! Another good resource for RV camping, as well as tent camping is: https://www.fs.usda.gov/activity/sawtooth/recreation/camping-cabins. On there, they have a large verity of camp sites near by for either dispersed or non-dispersed style camping. Camping is definitely the most cost effective, and adventurous option for those outdoor enthusiast staying in Sun Valley!
