Bus Shuttles

We will have three, fifteen-passenger buses available to transport guests to and from The Place at 534! Pick up at Hotels (Fairfield Inn & Holiday Inn) Shuttles will start at 3:15pm and continue every 20-40 minutes until 3:50pm Pick up at The Place at 534 Shuttles will start at 8:00pm and continue every 20 minutes until 10:30pm Tips If you miss the last shuttle to the ceremony please drive to the venue and leave your car overnight. You must pick up your car by 10am the next day on Saturday. Recommend letting the groom and bride know if you are planning to use this service when RSVP'ing, so we can let the transportation company plan ahead.

Shuttle services for this hotel will be provided. This hotel is located in an area with shopping centers and food options nearby. We are unable to reserve a block for this hotel and do not have a discount for this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express

Shuttle services will be provided for this hotel. This hotel is closer to the venue, and located right off the highway. This link is a special wedding rate family and friends can use to make reservations. The link provides a set discount off of the regular rate at the time of booking so room rates will fluctuate as the regular rate goes up or down. This discount is visible until August 17, 2023, and is not a rate available to the public

The Grand Resort

Shuttle services to and from The Grand Resort will NOT be provided. We do not have a discounted block rate for this hotel, but it is a very nice option if you are looking for an upscale retreat before and after the wedding.
