Formal or Semi-Formal attire. Garden party theme. (P.S the bridesmaids will be wearing light blue)

Please only RSVP for those specifically named on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We wish everyone's kids could join us but we have decided that this will be an adult only celebration with the exception of the wedding party's kids. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Courtyard Springfield Downtown but there are plenty of great options in Springfield (20 minutes from our venue)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know of any food allergy! Either mark it on your reservation or reach out directly to let us know.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue offers free parking on site. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up by 10am on Sunday.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and then again back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please refer to the travel page for specific details.

Will the wedding be outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony is outside. Cocktail hours is outside but under a covered patio with plenty of fans. The reception is inside with air conditioning.
