Question

When is the RSVP deadline? / Davet cevap tarihi ne zaman?

Answer

December 1, 2021 / 1 Aralık 2021

Question

What should I wear? / Me giyinmeliyim?

Answer

The wedding will be semi-formal. You are welcome to wear tuxedos or suits, long dresses or cocktail dresses. / Düğün yarı-resmi kıyafet koduyla olacak. Beyler smokin ya da takım, hanımlar uzun elbise veya kokteyl elbisesi tercih edebilir.

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor? / Düğün dışarıda mı içeride mi olacak?

Answer

Usually, the weather in May is warm and clear so we are planning for an outdoor event. Nights can sometimes be cool and breezy so we recommend bringing a light jacket to be on the safe side. Should it rain, we have alternative indoor options available. / Genellikle Mayısta hava ılık yağışsız olduğundan düğün açık havada yapılacak. Akşam havanın biraz serin ve rüzgarlı olabileceğini düşünerek yanınızda ince bir ceket getirmenizi tavsiye ediyoruz. Havanın yağmurlu olması durumunda, kapalı alan alternatifimiz mevcut.

Question

Are children welcome? / Çocuklar davetli mi?

Answer

Kids that are 16 and above are invited. If you have a child under 16, we would prefer them stay home and let their parents have a good time without a worry. However, if it is not possible, please let us know so that we can factor them into our guest count. / 16 yaş ve üstü çocukları düğünümüze davet ediyoruz. Eğer 16 yaş altı çocuklarınızı evde bırakmanızı ve düğünde güzel vakit geçirmenizi dileriz. Ancak çocukları evde bırakmanız mümkün değilse, lütfen bize haber verin, onları da davetli listesine ekleyelim

Question

A traveling wedding? What's that? / Gezili düğün de neymiş?

Answer

While we eloped during the pandemic, we would still like to have our dream wedding. The only problem is that weddings only typically bring people together for a 4 hour event. We figure, if our friends and family are traveling to spend time with us, it would be more fun to plan a traditional wedding followed by a sightseeing adventure in Turkey. We invite all of our guests to join us for some travel fun the week after the wedding.

Question

Can I take photos? / Fotoğraf çekebilir miyim?

Answer

Absolutely, and if you do, please tag us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #merandsai . Hangi çılgın zincir vuracakmış, şaşarım! Tabii ki! Çektiğiniz fotoğrafları lütfen bizimle paylaşıp #merandsaı eklemeyi unutmayın.

What about the visas in Turkey? / Türkiye'ye vize durumu nedir?

Brazil: If you visit Turkey for 90 days or less, you do not need a visa. / Eğer bu yazıyı okuyorsanız, vizeye ihtiyacınız yok demektir. Sıradaki soruya geçelim lütfen.

Question

What about the language barrier? How can I communicate with people in Turkey? / Türkiye'de insanlarla nasıl iletişim kurabilirim?

Answer

Many people in Turkey speak English, however not everyone does. One tip that we received from a traveler to Turkey is that if you are asking for directions, it is better to approach a younger person versus an older person, as they are more likely to speak English. / Bu yazıyı okuduğunuza göre, bence sizin için çok kolay olacak.
