We met on a fun outing with mutual friends to Mount Olympus on June 27th, 2016. We had seem to just click this day, enjoying the same rides and having fun, along with getting followed and giggled at by a group a teen age girls, who will swear "I called this, the day you met, I said you will get married." I hate to admit that they were right, but they were. It only took a few days of awkward internet flirting to go on our first date on June 30th, 2016. After spending many days together, Lucas asked me to be his girlfriend on July 24th, 2016. Fast forward 7 years of growing up together, supporting through the hard times, and pushing each other to try new things. Buying a home and renovating it, I was finally ready for the next step. We went ring shopping in December 2023, just to look around. On March 2nd 2024, Lucas proposed during a game of hide and seek, with our niece and flower girl, in our home. We our so lucky to find our forever person at 17 years old. 8 years together and we are excited to have 80 more years of love, adventure, and support.
