LOVE STORY

So as many of you know, Johnny and I met on June 10th, 2023, in South Dakota. With limited time we quickly planned to meet! Our first date, however, actually got delayed because he was unexpectedly put on lockdown on his military trip, so we had to postpone our in-person meet. Ten days later, on June 20th, we finally had our first date at Picasso’s Coffee back in Saint Charles, Missouri, and it was completely worth the wait!! We clicked right away. After about a month of spending time together, lots of laughter, and many, many, many conversations, he officially asked me to be his girlfriend on July 19th… even though I think we both already knew at that point. We spent the rest of the summer together, before transitioning into doing long distance, about an hour and a half apart. But we made it work! We never missed a weekend together, and that time really meant everything to us. Then on May 15th, 2024, we were back in South Dakota, and that’s when Johnny asked the big question (nervously I may add) and obviously, I said yes. Of course, our story has had a few unexpected twists. The biggest being our originally planned wedding on October 5th, 2025, that had to get postponed as well, due to Johnny getting placed on another military lockdown (aka deployment). But now we’re finally here, and we’re just so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!!
