FAQs

We're so excited to celebrate with you! Below you'll find helpful details to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Question

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive any time between 3 PM and 3:50 PM. The last shuttle from the parking lot is 5 minutes before the ceremony start time at 4 PM sharp. Any late arrivals will not be able to enter the venue until after the ceremony has ended.

Question

Where do I park for the wedding?

Answer

There will be a brown wooden gate that says Los Willows on it and a sign that says "wedding guest parking". The gate will open at 3pm and close at 3:50pm with the last shuttle ride at 3:55pm. Please park in this lot as all other parking is reserved for bridal party, venue staff, and vendors. Note that if you arrive after the gate closes or during the ceremony, you will have to find parking further up the street next to the employee parking lot. A shuttle will transport any guests parked in the wedding guest parking lot to the welcome area. Please go to the travel tab to see detailed maps showing where to park.

Question

Venue Cell Service

Answer

The venue is in a rural area and cell signal can be unreliable. There is a guest WiFi for Los Willows but is only available in certain areas of the venue. If you plan on using an Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue we recommend scheduling these ahead of time. Please book your ride pick up time to be at 10pm if you plan to stay until the end of the wedding.

Question

Who can come to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests whose names are listed on the invitation and who have RSVP'd by July 12th, 2026 attend the wedding. After July 12th, the venue locks in our guest count and we are unable to change it.

Question

Can kids come to the wedding?

Answer

To allow all guests to fully relax and enjoy the night, we have decided to have an adults-only wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We understand and appreciate your excitement to capture our special moments, but we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone and cameras during the ceremony. We will have a professional photo and video team documenting the entire ceremony, so please relax and enjoy our special day with us!

Question

What do I do if I RSVP'd 'yes' already but can no longer come?

Answer

As much as we wished to see you on our special day, we understand life happens. Please contact the bride or groom as soon as possible to notify them that your attendance status has changed so that they can communicate with the venue and plan accordingly.

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP before the deadline?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is July 12th, 2026. The venue and catering team have a very strict policy regarding guest count. Any guests that do not RSVP before July 12th, 2026 will not have a seat at reception and will not receive dinner.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please use our RSVP page on our wedding website to RSVP for all guests in your party. Type in the name of one of your party. Please select all persons in your party that will be in attendance.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

If you plan on drinking and do not have a designated driver please plan to leave your car at the venue and pick it up between 8 AM & 10 AM the next morning. We also recommend scheduling an Uber/Lyft or a taxi to and from your hotel ahead of time, as cell service is unreliable at the venue.

Question

What will the weather be like at the venue?

Answer

During August, the venue will be hot and sunny during the day with a warm breezy night. There is plenty of shade at the ceremony site and throughout the venue. The reception will be indoors with large open windows to let in the nice summer breeze.
