FAQs

Here are some answers to popular questions!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We request a semi-formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits and nice pants (No jeans please). For women, this means a cocktail dress (midi or longer) or a dressy jumpsuit. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the vibe and weather of the venue. If you are unsure, it is always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Wear whatever colour you would like, but please no white, black is also discouraged. (Please note that the bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing a dark brown color)

Question

Is the venue outdoor or indoor?

Answer

Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. The ceremony is not shaded and is on grass, so please be cautious when wearing heels. The cocktail hour and reception are shaded and on DG.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 3:45 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm.

Question

Can I bring a +1 ?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you did receive a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP of the website.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request adults only event. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! Please share those with us as well.
