Things To Do

If it's your first time in Seattle, and you're looking for some local things to check out, here's a few of our favorites! (commentary courtesy of Mengda)

Pike Place Market

Seattle, WA

Rain or shine, this place is a blast for food and gifts. But also hella crowded, so prepare for China bus level squishing

Chihuly Garden and Glass

305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109

Glass sculpture museum. Very Seattle, and a great thing to do if it's raining. Right next to the Space needle. I'm not into artsy shenanigans and I love this place.

Space Needle

400 Broad Street, Seattle, WA 98109

You can probably just appreciate this one from afar. Save the neck strain

Starbucks Reserve Roastery

1124 Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98101

Did you know Starbucks serves booze? Some days you need a latte, and other days you need a latte plus a little somethin' somethin'

Kerry Park

211 West Highland Drive, Seattle, WA 98119

Def drive here and not walk, it's on a steep ass hill. You'll get some cool views of the city

Discovery Park

Seattle, WA 98199

Discover just how lost you can get trying to find your car after trekking through the woods in search for the beach. 10/10 would recommend

Washington Park Arboretum

2300 Arboretum Drive East, Seattle, WA 98112

Do you like trees? Do you like shrubs? Do you like to fight engaged couples trying to take cherry blossom photos? this is the place for you

Gas Works Park

2101 North Northlake Way, Seattle, WA 98103

Amazing view of the city and Lake Union. Also amazing how much geese can poop. Watch yo step

Capitol Hill

Seattle, WA

My OG hood. Walk around, explore. There's like 4 hospitals and 300 coffee shops in a 5 block radius. You might find yourself asking "hipster or homeless?" The answer is yes.

Mailbox Peak

F966+W7 Tanner, WA 98045

Easiest hike in all the PNW, definitely for a beginner. Take you tiny dogs and grandmas for a good time. (If you choose this path, go after the wedding. I can't be loosing any guests to the wild)

Vancouver

Vancouver, BC, Canada

For you overachievers who are like, America just ain't enough

For all the days along the way
