Bride
Meng was born in China to her parents, Xiaodong & Liyan. Meng came here to pursue a Masters Degree in Biostatistics at the University of Utah. In February 2023, she matched with Aaron on Hinge and the rest is history! They travelled to a lot of places and created wonderful memories. Their first date was at Red Butte Garden, and it turned out pretty well! Aaron taught Anna how to bowl, introduced American food, sports and cultures, and involved her in important family holidays. They travelled together to Aaron's hometown, went to Denver for an Eagles concert, celebrated Meng's birthday in Disneyland, and celebrated their first year anniversary in Las Vegas. They got together with each other's families, and learned to understand different aspects of their cultures. Aaron proposed to Anna last September in their favorite place, and she's excited to share a life together!

Aaron was born on Long Island to Michael and Alba. He moved to Utah for school in 2014, graduating from Brigham Young University in 2018 (go Cougs!) and has lived there ever since. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Utah (go Utes!). He matched with Meng on Hinge in February of 2023. After sending his pickup line "I recently had LASIK done, and you're the prettiest person I've seen in 20/20" (true story), Meng responded and the rest is history! Meng has introduced Aaron to a whole new culture full of delicious foods, rich history, and he dreams of exploring the world with his fiancee, especially Asia. She has taught Aaron not just Mandarin and how to use chopsticks, but has also showed him how much joy there is in the world. Aaron never could've imagined growing up in New York, that across an entire country and ocean, his future wife was growing up as well. He cannot wait to marry her!
