We’re getting married!!

Sam and I met in 2019 at Mountain Pointe high school. A little into our junior year Samantha transferred to my history class. Sitting next to me just so happened to be one of Sam’s great friends along with an empty seat, naturally she sat next to her long time friend thus putting her right next to me. I had seen Sam before in the halls and always thought she was a pretty girl so of course I naturally started talking to her. Over time we got closer and closer until we eventually started dating in November of 2019. Through ought high school we studied together, went on dates, and got to know each other’s family. Once we graduated from high school Samantha and I only grew closer watching and helping each other grow up and deal with life’s challenges. As we grew together so did our love for each other. In the year of 2025 I decided that it was finally time to pull the trigger and marry the love of my life. I had been saving for a ring and bought it roughly 1-2 months before the proposal. I then took Ivan and Diana (In-laws) out to dinner and asked them for their blessings. I remember there blessings were paired with warnings that I should run while I still can, but of course we are here now. On September 28th, 2025 on a family vacation in California I decided to pop the question at Laguna beach with a beatiful sunset sky as a backdrop. I remember posing for a picture with Sam, knowing I was about to ask her to spend the rest of her life with me; heart beating out of my chest not wondering how she couldn’t feel it. I remember getting down on one knee ready to give a long heartfelt speech then being so nervous I lost all the words. I managed to get the important part out and she just dropped her jaw in surprise. Eventually she said yes with eyes full of tears so we are now finally here to the date of our wedding!
