🌴 Why did you choose Aruba?

Answer

We chose Aruba because it’s one of the top destinations in the Caribbean—known for its beautiful beaches, great weather, and ease of travel. We also loved that it offers an all-inclusive experience, making it simple and stress-free for everyone (especially with a little boy on the way and our first trip with a baby!!). Most importantly, it felt like the perfect place to turn our wedding into a once-in-a-lifetime vacation with all of you.

🛂 Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. A valid passport is required for travel to Aruba. Make sure your passport is up to date well in advance of the trip. Recommend starting now.

💵 How much should I expect this trip to cost?

Answer

Depends on how long you stay with us. You can come for just the weekend, or you can make it a week vacation with us! If you would like to stay a shorter time, we recommend playing with prices on the direct website. Even if you decide to stay a shorter time, we still encourage guests to use the room block to lock in the room rate. While this is a larger upfront cost, the resort is all-inclusive, meaning your meals, drinks, and many activities are included—making it easier to plan and budget without worrying about additional daily expenses while you're there because its all included up front. In addition, flights will need to be taken into consideration, which will depend on when you book. We also want to acknowledge that this is a big commitment, and we completely understand that attending may not be feasible for everyone. Please know there is absolutely no pressure, and we are so grateful for your love and support regardless. Whether you’re able to join us or celebrate from afar, it truly means the world to us.

🏝️ Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

We kindly encourage guests to stay at the resort with us as our wedding venue limits the amount of guests that can attend staying off property. Being on property allows you to fully enjoy the all inclusive, wedding festivities, and spontaneous moments - all in one place. If you need an accommodation off property, please let us know in advance.

🏨 When should I book the hotel?

Answer

The earlier, the better! No advance payment is required to book through our room block, and we encourage it to lock in the room rate! Booking early typically means better rates and more room availability. Prices will increase as the date gets closer, or if you aren't using our room block. You can pay in advance or pay later at the time of stay.

We have reserved a limited number of room blocks at our resort to help lock in preferred rates for our guests. We highly recommend booking through our group to take advantage of this pricing and to stay close to all the wedding festivities. Rooms are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early to secure your spot with the group. The room block does NOT require advance payment. ✈️ When should I book my flight?

Answer

We recommend holding off on flights for now - calendars for flights that far out aren't offered yet. Since we’re still a bit far out, airfare often levels out as more dates and routes become available. We’ll keep you posted if we see good deals!

🚕 How do I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

You’ll fly into Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), which is about a 15-minute-20 minute drive from the resort. Taxis and pre-arranged transportation are easy and readily available.
