We're getting married!

It's a slightly chill October night, the night before Leslie's 26th birthday in fact, and Leslie has just arrived to a Halloween party. Leslie knows that the roommate of this house is a rather cute British boy with a knack for making a great cocktail. Leslie puts on her best charm for this British lad, and asks for "whatever drink would suit me". Turns out George was being flirted with, but he had no idea since he's oblivious! Before the end of the night, both Leslie and George are laughing, smiling, and besitos were snuck in. Leslie knew this man was something special and began the manifestation of their love story. Almost four years later, and we could not be happier together, reminiscing on the beginnings of our love story. The story certainly was not smooth sailing after that fateful night! We've had very real, serious conversations, knowing that we both wanted the best for each other and for ourselves. It has struck us as ironic that we are what the other has needed, despite growing up in very different places, providing balance in all forms across our relationship. We could not be happier to be married soon and to see how we can support each other on our journey through this life.
