Matron of Honor
The bride’s cousin. Amanda calls herself her unofficial first child. She is mother to Braden ( ring bearer) and Aubrey ( flower girl). Anything heather makes is DELICIOUS, especially her sprinkle covered cakes that can easily weigh 20 lb. Heather helped the Bride say “Yes to the dress!”
Maid of Honor
The Bride’s best friend since high school. The two became close in campus ministry class planning retreats for fellow classmates. The best memories were made traveling to Disney, the keys, San Fran & drinking our way thru Napa Valley. Let’s not forget doing a romantic hot air balloon ride together LOL!
Bridesmaid
Grooms sister. Mother to Ella (flower girl) and workout buddy to the Bride. The not so little sister to the groom. Pain in the butt is her middle name but she means well. People always thought she was older then the groom because she was always the talkative one and a really tall girl. The groom wouldn’t trade her for anyone in the world even though she can be annoying at times.
Bridesmaid
The Bride’s oldest friend & cousin. They went from playing barbies to traveling together. One of the best memories is planning a spontaneous day trip to Disney just the two of them. They sang in the car all the way - to and from.
Bridesmaid
Bride’s cousin and first goddaughter. The sweetest curly haired blondie you will ever meet. It’s been amazing to watch her grow up and go from wearing diapers to dancing in pointe shoes at the new world school of arts.
Bridesmaid
The Groom’s little cousin from Jersey. Born on the same day as the Groom but 11 years later. Currently pursuing her nursing education at Rutgers. One of Groom’s favorite memories is when she would attend the groom’s high school games at a young age. Worst memory is when she was a baby the groom was shaking her after she ate and she vomited all over groom. Even though she is 1,000 miles away the two stay connected through social media and FaceTime calls.
Flower Girl
The brides second goddaughter. Better know as ABC- Aubrey BOSSY Collazo. This little red head loves avocados and is terrible at telling jokes!
Flower Girl
The Grooms’s niece. Crazy bed hair & loves sweets. Funny story- the first time the bride ever met the groom’s family was at the hospital when Ella was born! We are so excited to have this fire cracker be apart of our special day!
Groomsman
The Groom met Richard in PreK at Emerson Elementry. Richard would attend the groom’s birthday parties at the house. They shared many memories throughout the years always attending the same schools and playing on the same team since at Elim, middle school, hoop it up, high school... you get the point lol. The pick & roll dynamic duo, Shaq and Wade. The groom would share a favorite memory but they have too many to share. If he had to choose one it would have to be prom night. That was one crazy day/night, let him tell you about it lol. Richard is that guy who is always one phone call away and will help you with anything at any time... at least for the groom.
Groomsman
Who needs a super hero when you have a brother? Alex is the Bride’s one and only special brother. Tall, dark, and stubborn as his high school project once said. The kind of brother who is always there when you need someone, and also the first to make fun of the bride. Also father to Jeffrey ( ring bearer)!
Groomsman
The groom met Andy when he transferred to Rockway Middle School in 7th grade. Andy and Rob connected quickly and their relationship grew throughout the years. Never lost connection because he lived a few blocks away from Rob in Westchester. One of groom’s favorite memories during this time was when Andy made us run more suicides because he pointed out the obvious that Eddie missed the free throw at practice. Andy has always been into business which he and the groom had classes together at Coral Park. When it comes to finances and business decisions Rob consult with Andy on most occasions, if not all.
Groomsman
The groom met Kevin through a neighbor friend who lived 5 houses down from Rob in Westchester. Started off by playing football in their block to taking a drive to Banyan to hit some baseballs. Grandpa Jose, Kevin’s grandpa would take the two of them to the beach in the summers. One of Rob’s favorite memories with Kevin is when he brought “Delilah” to the getty. A couple of hours before he was at a different getty and was suppose to be coming to the one Rob was at. He said he was going to take a bottle. Immediately Rob told him that was not a good idea. He followed by saying “don’t worry Rob, I got this!”. He showed up to the getty with “Delilah” (big bottle of vodka) and the rest was history. Later they found out he actually took it from his dad.
Groomsman
The groom met Brian at the same time he met Kevin, the other Gonzalez brother. He was known as Chuchi when they met him. Chuchi always looked like the older one out of the two because he was taller than Kevin. Brian never wanted to go to places alone so he would call Rob to tag along. From putting gas & air in his car, getting cookies at McDonalds, Subway and Night Owl. Taking a drive to Dolphin mall and other places. Brian has always pushed Rob to keep moving forward and progressing in life. Using Rob’s full name at times. “Roberto come on bro, what are you doing!?!” One of Rob’s favorite moments with Brian is when they had to make a quick pit stop because whatever Rob ate earlier that night didn’t sit well.
Groomsman
The Groom met Michael at Emerson as well. Like Richard, Rob was always hanging out with Michael throughout the years. In 2nd Grade the teachers would ask they were brothers for whatever reason. So many memories with Michael which include childhood shows with our sisters to convince our parents to let us sleepover. We’ve been part of the court for 10+ quinceñera (15s) parties, the salsa brothers. Mike puts himself first before others and always is willing to help even if he can’t. They’ve had so many memories throughout the years from happy, sad, hurt, angry, surprised moments. If Rob had to pick one favorite moment or time with Michael it would be playing basketball outside his dad’s house when they were younger. Mike doesn’t like to lose, he’s competitive by nature.
Groomsman
The groom met Nelson in 6th grade at Rockway Middle School. Like all the men mentioned before, Nelson, the brother from another mother. For the most part The groom attended all his birthday parties, holiday parties, baby showers, etc. His family has accepted Rob as one of their own. Rob can count on Nelson for anything even though he has three kids and counting... Jkjk. Nelson is quiet but he’s a little daredevil. From paintballing, asylum trips, scavenger hunts and much more. One of Rob’s favorite memories with Nelson is the junior year school trip to Islands of Adventures. One of the least favorite memories is when he and other friends handcuffed Rob and took him to Krome. Other then that Nelson is one amazing friend and father to the Groom’s first Godson.
Ring Bearer
Bride’s little cousin. This little boy stole the bride’s heart the second she laid eyes on him.
Ring Bearer
The newest addition to the family. The brides 1st and only nephew just so happens to be the sweetest with the best hugs! Both the Bride and Groom have enjoyed watching him grow and can’t wait to have him breaking hearts as he walks down the isle!
Officiant
The Bride and Groom choose this special lady to join them in matrimony. Her job is to make it short & sweet and get them both to say “I do.” Matty has been a best friend to the Bride’s mother since day 1 of 9th grade and has seen the couple grow in their relationship since day 1. Hopefully she can get thru her 10 sentences without crying!
Usher
The Bride’s not so little cousin. Sam was born when the bride was only 12 years old! The bride remembers a melt down he had when he was like 3 years old at toys r us, and how he wouldn’t let the bride skip pages of Dr. Seuss books when he asked her to read. He literally had ever page memorized. Sam is a smart young man full of knowledge, you’ll be delighted to have him escort you to your seat
Usher
The bride’s little cousin. He will sometimes go by the nickname “Shrimp”. The Bride once bought him a Justin Bieber toothbrush, which he denies ever using. His twin sister Kina, would tell you other wise. Ryan is an artist in the making. Handsome, single, and ready to walk you to your seat!
