Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

You should arrive to the venue between 4:00pm - 4:20pm so you have enough time to find a seat and be ready. If you are staying at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington, where we have a block of rooms reserved, there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you to and from the venue. More information on shuttle schedules coming soon. Keep the commute time in mind when traveling to the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony using your cell phone or personal camera. We’ve hired an amazing professional photographer to capture all the special moments, and we want everyone to be fully present with us during this meaningful time.

How do I get to the Minnesota Valley Country Club?

Answer

If you are staying at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington, there is a complimentary shuttle that will take you to and from the MVCC. More information on shuttle schedule coming soon. If you are not staying at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington, please use your GPS to navigate the quickest way to the MVCC.

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Will you have diet friendly meal options?

Answer

All of our entrée options will be gluten-free and dairy-free, and we will be offering one vegetarian option. You’ll be able to indicate your meal preference and any additional dietary needs when you RSVP. If you have specific allergies or concerns, feel free to reach out—we want everyone to enjoy their meal!

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration limited to guests aged 16 and up, with the exception of children in our immediate family. We hope you understand and can enjoy a relaxing evening with us.
