There will be hors d’oeuvers from 3:30-4:30pm which include bacon wrapped scallops, meatballs, spinach and artichoke dip, and a grazing table. You’ll have an option of a garden salad. There will be a buffet with several options. You’ll be able to choose from prime rib, grilled chicken, pasta primavera, or portobello mushroom for main dishes. For sides there will be a seasonal vegetable medley and roasted fingerling potatoes. Later in the evening we’ll have cake, cupcakes and cookies, then late night pizza around 8:30pm.
