How do we book through the Kelle Keeler (Travel Agent for wedding)

Information About Booking How do I get my room booked? Please contact our travel consultant – Kelle Keeler with The Travel Shoppe. Her phone number is 970.263.7276 and email is k2travelgirl@yahoo.com. What’s included? The rates listed include your room, your roundtrip airport transfers and all inclusive drinks, meals, tips and taxes. Quotes will be provided with airfare unless otherwise notated. How much is the deposit? Deposit amounts will vary based on airfare cost. Final payment will be due February 25, 2022. Any cancellations or changes will result in a $50 per person fee. You are welcome to make payments on the trip at any time. How do I pay? You will need a credit card or a debit card at the time of booking for deposit.

What is travel insurance, do I need it?

Answer

Travel insurance is highly recommended for three reasons. 1)We are in a worldwide pandemic and traveling is quite unknown in the foreseeable future 2) if you are leaving children or elderly parents 3) medical expense coverage and medical evacuation. It is also “cancel for any reason” insurance, you can cancel and receive a refund back to your form of payment or future travel credit less the insurance cost and cancellation fee depending on policy selected. How airfare is booked, either published or bulk, may have an impact on insurance coverage. Insurance needs to be added and paid for at the time of deposit. If you opt to not take travel insurance, you may or may not receive future travel credit. Please contact Kelle for further details regarding the insurance.

What documentation do I need?

Answer

You will need a passport that is valid past December 1, 2022. Please have your exact name, date of birth, passport number and expiration date available for Kelle when she creates your reservation. If you do not have a passport please let her know.

What if we want to come but can't make it to Mexico

Answer

There is a planned reception in Grand Junction on (date) for people who were unable to attend the wedding. We want everyone to be apart of our special day but we understand it is difficult to travel during these times. (add reception details here)

YES! We encourage you to bring your kids. We choose a family friendly resort so everyone can attend.

What should I wear for the wedding?

Answer

It will be a outdoor beach wedding. The average temperature in May in Cancun is 90f. We ask that you dress business casual. But dress accordingly for the weather conditions.

How many days should I stay?

Answer

The minimum stay is 3 days. But you're welcome to stay up to 9 days if you please. Mena and I will be staying at the resort for 7 days.

What kind of gifts to bring for the couple.

Answer

We will not be doing gift registry for our wedding. Mena and Spencer are trying to do a honeymoon trip through the Middle East so Spencer can see where Mena grew up. It would be greatly appreciated for funding to help us with the travel to the Middle East. We will have a map with the destinations that we plan on visiting during our trip. We will have a donation box at the wedding and reception, that you can choose which part of our honeymoon that you want to help fund. I thank you for the understanding and support on our trip to the Middle East.
