Nolan and Mena met during their Disney College Program in 2018. It may sound magical, but in reality it consisted of long hours of serving tacos and nachos. This caused their friendship to grow and soon enough they started dating. They spent time as a long distance relationship while Mena was in Texas, and survived a pandemic together. Since they've started dating they've traveled throughout the country from Boston to California all the while Taylor Swift was playing in the background. In 2022 soon after they got engaged, they worked on remodeling their house in Florida before moving in together. Now they love spending time with their dogs Millie and Milka, going to theme parks, and planning their next adventure.

Mena and I had been dating for about four years when I decided it was finally time to propose. We had talked about our future and already had plans on moving in together so I knew the timing was perfect. We were in California for Lucia's (Mena's Mom) birthday and I suggested we go to a fancy restaurant I remembered from when I was a kid that was right on the beach. My Mom had helped me scout the location so I knew exactly where I wanted to do it. We walked along the cliffside trail to a gazebo with a beautiful view of the coastline and even saw some dolphins swimming in the distance. It was there, she said yes!
