to help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. however, the deadline is August 31, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘not attending’. we do need to provide our venue with the total guest count in a timely manner and hope you can understand. ♡
the ceremony, and reception will both be held on-site at The Retreat on Charleston Peak. the ceremony will take place outdoors on the terrace, while the reception will be held inside.
we definitely understand, and you will be missed! if you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP “not attending.” if you cannot attend after you already RSVP’d yes, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may plan accordingly.
we love to see our loved ones dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi- formal) for our wedding. please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops.
since the wedding is taking place on a mountain, the weather can be as cold as thirty degrees, or as warm as seventy with a chance of dusting snow or wind. it may be a good idea to bring layers or a light jacket for the ceremony as it will take place on a terrace.
if you received a plus one, your guests name will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our closest friends and family.
we truly love your little ones, and we did try to accommodate as many of our cousins, nieces, and nephews as we could. the reality of it is, we have many large families (especially on my Samoan side) and our venue just isn’t able to accommodate everyone. we will include all children invited over the age of 4 on your invitation and under your name when you rsvp. all of your littles under the age of 4 are of course still welcome, they just won’t be included towards the final guest count.
