What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Miami International Airport is the closest airport to the resort. The drive takes around an hour. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport would be the second closest airport, at around 1.5 hours away.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have decided not to register. We have been living together for awhile, and have everything we need..and no more room in our cabinets and closets! We have set up a honeymoon fund in place of a registry. Contribute what you wish to any gift and help us plan the trip of our dreams!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We realize our wedding is in June in south Florida. It's going to be hot, and we want you to be comfortable. The entire reception will be indoors, in the air conditioning. The only heat you'll have to endure is the (short but sweet) ceremony, and even that will be later in the day to avoid peak heat. Men: jackets are not necessary Ladies: cocktail dresses, sundresses, etc. The ceremony will take place on the beach. The sand is compacted so it is possible to wear your shoes. However, there will be a shoe check for those of you that prefer to go barefoot for this portion of the night.

Are there any other events that I should know about surrounding the wedding?

All guests are invited to all 3 events over the course of 3 days! Welcome party, ceremony & reception, and farewell brunch. When you RSVP, you will actually be RSVPing to all 3 events separately.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For those of you staying at Baker's Cay, complimentary overnight parking is included. For our guests staying elsewhere and driving to the events, you are welcome to park in the hotel parking lot as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! But we ask that this be an adults only weekend.
