Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, so please arrive to the venue at least 15-30 minutes prior.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be available to take guests from their hotel to the venue beginning at 3:30pm. Transportation will be available to take guests back to their hotel around 10:40pm. *For more information, please see the "Bus Transportation" section under the Travel tab.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Men should wear suits, and women should wear full length dresses.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Kids over the age of 5 are allowed, but we request that they follow the dress code (suits and dresses).

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Temperatures in September are usually between the 70's-80's. In the evenings, it should be in the low to mid 70's or high 60's. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside the venue. In case of rain, we will move the events inside.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available and you can leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. You must pick your vehicle up the next day by 10:00am.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The open bar will be available for the duration of the cocktail hour until 9:30pm.

Are cameras allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer during the ceremony and reception. We ask there is no camera or video usage during the ceremony, but you are welcome to take photos and video during the reception!

Answer

We invite you to RSVP on our website. Please RSVP by August 01, 2024.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have a designated gift table at the venue.
