As I got to know my baby sister, I remember thinking surely she must be tired of “drinking all of that breast milk”. I had the distinct pleasure of giving Monique her first solid meal, BACON. l have always desired the best for my little sister.  I met Melvin at church sometime after our former churches merged to form one church, Greater Englewood Parish United Methodist Church (GEPUMC). I remember observing Melvin engage with my younger siblings, Monique and Matthew, and other youth in our church. I was excited to see more young people and how well they interacted and actively participated at church.

So I just met Melvin this year but Monique says I'm a liar I've known him since they went on prom (and she has pictures to prove it. The ramifications of how we met I'm not sure just seems as if we clicked up off back and he's been my friend ever since. We use to share a locker and played football together also we where in an advanced academic program. Melvin or as I call him Me-L-Vin and represented the program AEDF in many speeches and meeting for the institute. Also we represented the Alpha Phi Alpha Mumu Lambda chapter in a beautillion together.
