Linda's is that bar where we met! A cozy dive bar in Capitol Hill, we recommend visiting for an IPA and some fries.
This is a cocktail bar on the top floor of the Graduate hotel in University District. They have great cocktails and views of Seattle.
A Seattle classic. It's, of course, a popular spot amongst tourists, but we also loved to spend a day wandering around the market when we lived in the nearby Capitol Hill neighborhood. Some of our favorite spots there are Old Stove Brewing to get a beer and watch the sunset, Rachel's Ginger Beer, and Seattle Dumpling Co. Abigail also thinks a highlight is the nearby Gum Wall, but Elizabeth disagrees. For anyone with more time in the city, the ferry to Bainbridge Island also leaves from the nearby Seattle waterfront, which makes for a great day trip.
This is where we had our second date! It's a beautiful park in the northeast of Seattle. A lovely place for a picnic or beach walk with a view of the Olympic mountains across the water.
It wouldn't be a trip to Seattle without coffee. We decided to highlight Saint Bread because it's located right behind the UW hospital, where we've both worked. However, there's no shortage of great places to choose from. Some of our other favorites are the The Wayland Mill, Irwin's, SeaFab, Aroom, and Leon.
