I recommend packing some basics and some statement pieces. This helps you pack fewer items but still have several outfits at hand. Mondays are white out beach party days, so you'll want a white outfit for this! The wedding is semi formal/formal so I recommend pants/shorts and a collared shirt for men and a dress or blouse/skirt for women. Shoes optional ;) The restaurants on resort require semi formal - formal dress codes as well. Specific dress codes are listed on the website if you're interested in knowing exactly what the requirements are! Don't forget your swimsuit of course!
Roughly 6 hours due to the connecting flight existing! However, the majority of the day is spent traveling. Give yourself enough time to make it through security and relax a little before your flight. Once in Jamaica, the customs process is extensive and can be overwhelming. Just relax! It will be okay :) Once you've passed customs, it's smooth sailing and you can grab yourself a drink on your way to the bus to the hotel
The choice is yours. I recommend exchanging a bit of money for Jamaican money, but they accept and appreciate American money as well! Just remember to bring CASH and tip the lovely workers that will be accommodating us. There is also always shopping on the resort, you're bound to find something you want.
Each hotel room has a safe! I recommend putting your ID, passports, wallets, money, etc. in there! Again, this is an all inclusive resort so you won't need to walk around with a wallet or purse!
