What will be on the Menu/ Drinks?

Answer

We will be having a taco bar with beef or chicken street tacos. There will also be homemade beans, rice, chips, salsa & guacamole. Soda, Water, Tea & Coffee will be available at no cost. Bar will be a cash bar!, There is an ATM available or you can open a tab with the bartender.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 3rd, 2022!!! Also for everyone over the age of 21 that RSVP's by this date will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket!!!!

It's an evening wedding at a beautiful venue! Dress it up please! We want to see everyone in their best attire for a fun evening of dancing & laughing!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 530PM and be seated prior to 6:00PM so that we may start the ceremony on time.

What if my name or address changes?

Please let Melissa know ASAP if your name or mailing address changes.

Can I bring additional guests/kids?

Answer

NO, unfortunately not. We will have a limited capacity to who is on the guest list. Guests/kids have to listed on the invitation in order to be included. If there is any discrepancy please reach out to Melissa or Lonnie immediately. Additional guests/kids will cause us to be charged additional fees. Your invitation will have the number of guests for your rsvp written in the bottom right corner.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Hampton Inn and Suites that is listed on the Travel page of the website and it is almost right across the street from the venue. We do have a block of rooms available, this information is available on the travel page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Are masks/vaccinations required?

Answer

At this time we are not requiring masks/vaccinations. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask and/or being vaccinated please make that decision for yourself and your family. If anything changes w/ state or federal guidelines, we will update this information.
