FAQs

Question

How can I RSVP?

Answer

Our online RSVP feature will go live in September. Please feel free to reach out to us beforehand if you have any additional questions or needs!

Question

Is the event outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside until sunset. Reception will be held inside. Ladies may want to bring a light shaw just in case!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grassy spaces. Ladies, we recommend block heels or wedges! Semi casual attire for welcome party.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please only bring a date if they are indicated on your formal invitation.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We would prefer for this to be an adult only event. If you are unable to attend due to this reason, please reach out so we can best help!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Staff will direct you on where to park. You are also welcome to leave your car overnight if needed and return to it in the morning. Parking is available at all locations including at the ceremony/cocktail and reception event spaces!

Question

Is transportation available?

Answer

Guests who require transportation throughout the night may take advantage of our offered trolleys. The trolleys will be located at the resort main lobby to shuttle guests to the ceremony at 4:30 pm. Transportation will be provided from the ceremony/cocktail hour over to the reception ~5 mins north. Guests may choose to drive themselves to all events if safely able to do so as parking lots are available at all locations. Please follow signage for parking if driving. The trolleys will return to the resort lobby at the end of the night as well as to the after party in downtown Sarasota following the reception. Guests will need to provide their own transportation home thereafter via Uber, Lyft, etc.

Question

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for all guests to refrain from taking photos as we would like an unplugged ceremony. Feel free to take all the photos you would like afterwards to allow our photographers the ability to really capture our special moment!
