How We Met
Our story began in January 2012 on a dating website called OkCupid. We were both nervous but decided to give it a shot. Our first date was at Gable House Bowling Alley where Aric tried to show off his swift bowling skills and bowled a "turkey". From there, they dated for 7 months before making it official. While spending time together at family gatherings and birthday celebrations, Melody knew he was the one with his outgoing personality and charm. Aric also saw how Melody's caring and loving personality brought out the best in himself. It was only a matter of time, but after 6 years, Aric popped the question over dinner. Melody said yes! It was worth the wait!

Melody grew up in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. The youngest of 3 siblings, Melody had the opportunity to look to her brother and sister for guidance. In her spare time she enjoys cake decorating and spending time with her family.

Aric grew up in Redondo Beach, CA. The only boy with 3 sisters! He was able to get advice from his sisters on how to respect women. In his spare time, Aric enjoys spending time with friends and playing video games.
