Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you have booked with us at the Grand Beach Resort, a boat will take you to the wedding from the hotel and a van will take you back to the hotel when you are ready to leave. If you have booked elsewhere, there is plenty of parking on property or we highly suggest using an UBER to get to and from!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is a "RSVP" section on our website where you will be able to let us know if you are attending digitally. We will also be sending out invitations closer to our wedding, if you prefer to reply with the paper method!

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be starting at 4:00pm on November 28th, 2021. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to make sure you are in your seats in time for the ceremony to start. Once the ceremony ends there will be an hour for cocktail time! We will then be moving into the reception area for dinner and dancing! The party stops at 10pm that night.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Cocktail! Our ceremony and reception will be taking place outside with a beautiful view of the water! We suggest bringing a jacket, just in case it is a bit chilly!

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we've created an online registry that will be posted on this website about 10 months out from our wedding. Check back then, if not posted yet! We will also have a "honeymoon fund" box at the wedding if you are looking to gift when you arrive!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your invite specified a plus one, we are unfortunately at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly not able to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

10000% yes!!! Our venue is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Disney World, so if you are attending, and arrive early, there are plenty of magical places you can take your little one!
